All of FVCC Adult Education services are free to the public. We do require a pre-test using the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) to determine service needs and to participate in our programs. Students who complete the TABE pre-test, 40 hours of instructional time, and a TABE post-test will be eligible for our scholarship program which covers the cost of HSE Tests.
