Exhibition of the Bibler Collection of Inuit Art

April 7 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Wanda Hollensteiner Art Gallery, Wachholz College Center
The Wanda Hollensteiner Art Gallery at Wachholz College Center is delighted to announce an exhibition of the Bibler Collection of Inuit Art. The extensive collection was compiled by the late Sam and Jean Bibler and will be lent to the gallery through the generosity of the Bibler Family Trust. The artwork includes carved stone sculptures and original prints made by indigenous Inuit artists, primarily in the region of Kinngait, Canada. Kinngait was formerly known as Cape Dorset and is a remote village on Dorset Island at the north end of Hudson Bay, Nunavut.

The show will be open to the public from April 6th through May 31st during regular gallery hours of 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. weekdays, and to ticket holders for events at McClaren Hall at the Wachholz Center.
