Strategic Planning and Accreditation Council

The Strategic Planning and Accreditation Council (SPAC) assists the college in achieving its mission by coordinating the strategic planning process and monitoring progress toward college-wide goals. Their responsibilities include:

  • Oversee strategic planning process
  • Finalize and periodically evaluate the Strategic Plan
  • Update the Assessment Plan
  • Monitor progress toward the completion of college-wide goals and objectives
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to meet Strategic Plan objectives
  • Oversees non-instructional department reviews
