Financial Aid Information for Parents
Nearly 75 percent of FVCC students receive some form of financial assistance. Families have access to diverse merit and need-based scholarships, as well as a number of grants, loans, and student employment programs to help fund their education.
Degrees and Programs Available at FVCC
Associate of Arts (AA) and Associate of Science (AS) are general studies degrees which create a seamless transfer to bachelor degree program in your student's chosen field of study at any four-year college or university. FVCC also offers Certificate of Technical Education options which allow students to learn skills and enter the workforce immediately after graduation.
Students can save thousands of dollars by starting at Flathead Valley Community College, in addition to increasing earnings over a lifetime through education, skilled trades, and excellent job opportunities. At FVCC, classes are taught by expert faculty, not teaching assistants, allowing our students to receive the individual attention they need to succeed.
